Played locally and climbed the ranks until I was given an opportunity to play up in NJ with Above All.
What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
Pitching

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Get away from the local garbage and find someone to play up and travel with.

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
Better compensate the umpires to reward the quality umpires we do have and attract new umpires to the game. Use the safety bag at 1B.
