Started in church league like most. I was asked to play in a pick up tourney by two of my closest friends Chuck and Neil Broach. My love for baseball made softball transition a passion. Making it to the upper level was always my main goal from listening to there stories of traveling playing ball as well as hearing "KJ" Kevin Johnson and Matt Tindell tell me steps to take to be a success at that level. I owe these gentleman a lot for their time to help me develop my game and for there constant support!

The professionalism of the guys. The atmosphere of the teams. The speed of the games.

That's a hard one.
I compare myself to my last ground ball, last night pitch or my last at bat to strive to do better than I just did in that moment.
I would say my competitive nature comes from watching Andy Purcells intensity on the mound as to me he is the best pitcher on the planet.

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
My first at bat as a conference player stands out for sure!
I was so nervous I could barely hold the bat in my hands.  Walked up to the plate and hit a 370+ ft Three run homerun.

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
Absolutely! Neil Broach would be the first to come to mind. He always pushed me to be better. He always told me "when your sleeping someone else is training"  Thanks my Brother!

Secondly, Kevin "KJ" Johnson. KJ took out the time to give advice to a young up and comer on and off the field. Thanks Cuzzy!
