Who are you playing with in 2017?
Played for Street Kids in 15 and 16.  As of right now I have nowhere to call home

What positions do you play and what is your best position?
I play 3rd, 1st and catcher, my best position is probably 3rd.

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
I would have to say Connell but the best hitters I've ever played with is Brandon Dillon and Joe Horvath..

Why do you like the game of softball?
I like softball because it fills the hole baseball left.

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
I would have to say Korey carpenter. The kid can flat go get it in the outfield and he hits well too sneaky good power and can really run!

What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
TyTy I couldn't tell you exactly why but I think it has to do with a jersey problem.

What is your height and weight?
6'2" 280

Where do you call home?
I live in south bend Indiana but I call hillsboro Illinois home! It's about 50 miles northeast of St. Louis Missouri 

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
I love spending time with my son! 

What do you do for a living?
I am a journeyman lineman! So I build power lines for a living

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
I played baseball and football in both high school and college

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
I started playing softball 2 years after elbow surgery ended my baseball playing days.. played in a little town called Pocahontas Illinois. A couple years ago I was approached about joining the street kids after playing them in a tournament.

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
The defense is unreal

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
I don't think so kinda a mix of people I guess but I'm a power guy so all the power guys

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
It's hard to tell really but winning a Illinois state title with my first travel team the wreckers

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
In all honesty no never really had a coach or manager and I always wanted to be my own guy on the field.. I pride myself in being a good teammate 

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
I'd say stay open to advice and don't be hard headed!! Don't think you know everything and don't be a dick!

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
Drop a pinky a 26 or 27 end load 

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Lift lift lift 

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
I am a huge St. Louis cardinals fan and baseball is far and away my favorite sport

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
Right sock the left sock right shoe the left shoe

What would be your "at bat" music selection?
Hell and back
Kid ink

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
I think they do a pretty good job in all aspects except maybe the doctored bats but it's become so common anymore that it's probably too late

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
I love the Halloween havoc in Chatham Illinois and any small ball tournament is always a good time

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
I love spartan sports complex in Chatham Illinois Berliner in Columbus ain't bad

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
This is a strange question am I in little league

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
When I tore my hamstring hat was super funny

Tell us something about you that most would never know about you?
Pretty much an open book

What was your favorite sports related gift you have ever given or received?
Probably a Louisville slugger air attack baseball bat from my grandfather
