Why do you like the game of softball?
I enjoy the competition, the people I meet, and just getting out and about.

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
There are a ton of great players I have seen play, but my favorite player to watch is Bryson Baker.

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why? Blake King is a great hitter for as young as he is. He will play upper ball for a while I'd imagine.

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Just playing league, met a few people and over the years kept moving up year after year until I got on with Westshore in 2012.

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
Biggest difference I have seen besides the obvious is the ability to make routine plays and the fact that everyone can hit for power or average for the most part.

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
Nope, I'm just me.

Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular? As far as upper ball it would be getting a clutch hit against line drive in B worlds 2012 with 2 outs in the 7th to tie the game.

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
I know he gets bashed here and there but I would have to say Whit. When i first started out playing he was one of the first guys I met and he taught me quite a bit about how to play the game. Another guy
would be Rick Wiley.

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Be loyal to your teams you commit to. I know a ton of good ball players who never get a chance because they have been known as unreliable or someone who is always looking for the next big thing.

Utility for the most part. Like corner outfield as well as middle, 2nd, or 3rd.

Mostly just play local and hit.

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
Nah, not really any superstitions.

What is your favorite non-World tournament? The FloridaSoftball.com Superdraft. I run it every January and by far it is the most fun I've ever had at a tournament.
I enjoy the fact that everyone gets together and has fun while at the same time meeting new people and making connections that can help you move up the ranks in the future.

What is the best softball field you have played at and why?
I think the best fields I have played at would have to be the stadium at Disney or the stadium at the Osceola County Complex.

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
Chili's! Always quick and easy.

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Too many to name, but about 95% of them would involve Mike Wrenn.
