Anywhere on IF / 3rd or 2nd prolly best position

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
Flip Washinton, Freddie Bynum, Luis Reyna, Tyler Marshburn, John William's, Jason Branch, Everett William's are a couple of the favorites to watch

Why do you like the game of softball?
The competition

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
Tyler Marshburn, Freddie bynum an Everett Williams are guys played with and seen, guys that are all around great athletes that play the game the right way, give 100% when between the lines, great teammates and guys off the field

What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
Rhino/ RC

What is your height and weight?
6'4 230

Where do you call home?
Shallotte, NC (30 min south of Wilmington, NC)

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
Watching the wife who also plays ball at the Conference/ A level

What do you do for a living?
Construction/ Concrete truck driver

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Played HS/ college baseball ECU/ juco baseball as well as D-2 baseball at UNC Pembroke in NC as well as played independent professional baseball for 3 years

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Started playing with a local team called the cowabunga dudes and got asked to start playing up so did so

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
All around defense as well as the pitching is that much better as move up levels… got to be that much more selective in the box

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
Winning both winter worlds this past year NSA Elite/ Open with Rapid Fire and Freedom With CCP/TERRY'S

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
Freddie Bynum has been a big time influence, has been playing at the highest of levels baseball as well as softball and has helped try to get anyone who shows potential an works hard move up in the game of softball such as myself and just an all around good person and teammate

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Just put your head down and work hard, dont let the trash talk and negative people in softball world get you down or derail you from your overall goal or where wanna be in the game

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
27 oz endload and bottom pinky off and top hand overlap

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Weightlifting/ cardio

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
Philadelphia Eagles/ Phillies

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
Matching look good play good/ gotta have red bull blueberry and nuturgrain bar before first game

What would be your "at bat" music selection?
Down and out – tantric
Awesome  – shy glizzy

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
Player ratings need to be fixed or updated every couple months

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
Final Four – Peter's creek drop down every team starts out in same bracket and loses drop you down till get a win or in lowest level offered.. slot of conference/A/B teams come to play before conference season begins so nice to see who shows up with who and the competition early on in year

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Market Commons – Myrtle beach SC
Walnut Creek  – Raleigh NC

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
BWW

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Halloween havoc costume games or beer chugs for home/ away
