Resmondo-Specialty Tank Worth lost to Laservision/H Auto/JJs/Easton 32-27 in the Dudley winner's bracket final on Saturday night, but came back on Sunday with a 26-23 win over Team Combat/Softball.com in the loser's bracket championship, and then a 49-45 and 42-33 "double dip" of Laservision in the finals! Resmondo has won the last 4 tournaments they have entered and have won 3 weeks in a row (Chicago, Maryland, Dudley). The tournament was very high scoring and had a number of close games between the 4 major teams. Laservision finishes 2nd. Team Combat upset Backman/Shoppe/Louisville Slugger in the loser's bracket to finish 3rd and Syndicate/Guardian/National and West Coast Newbreed/Worth tied for 5th. Resmondo won their 5th consecutive Dudley! They improved their seasons record to 39-8.
Unfortunately I was not at the tournament so there won't be a report.
