1st/3rd/ LF

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
I really like watching Joe Joe, Collins And Mcclanahan

What is your height and weight?
6’3 265

Where do you call home?
Aurora, Ohio

What do you do for a living?
Roofing and construction sales, 12 year Airforce veteran

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
I started playing after I was done with baseball and started playing with Rebel last year and then again this year

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
Pitching and defense, hits that would be through the infield at lower ball get taken away in the conference

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
There’s a few come to mind. But I play as hard as I can no matter

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
We took 5th in B worlds last year, and beat a few higher level teams in the pocket city dual

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
Biscuit and Ryan Roppel, we hit together often and learning the game from them drastically helped me

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Never stop working no matter how good you think you are. There’s someone better and working harder than you are

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Hit, throw and field consistently through the winter

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
I recently got to play in Toys for Tots and loved that tournament

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Hard to beat Viera, but I like the Smoky as well
