What positions do you play and what is your best position?
P and SS but best is Pitcher

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
All around I would say Wegman or Lloyd

Why do you like the game of softball?
Competition and meeting new people. Have made some great friends in the game.

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
Ryan Johns is a great young player with phenomenal hands in the Infield

What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
Preach or Rev. Got that nickname because I am a Pastor.

What is your height and weight?
6”3 and 190

Where do you call home?
Owenton, Kentucky

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
With my wife or Hunting if it’s Deer Season

What do you do for a living?
Pastor Revive Church in Dry Ridge KY

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Baseball in high school and college

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Played for Cobbie Harrison in 2015 and been playing upper ever since. Chris Stamper helped me get on that team.

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
Speed of game and professionalism (for the most part)

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
Idk I just try to play to the best of my ability.

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
Made all tourney this year at A worlds but won two world tourneys in 2015 so that was a great year.

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
My Dad for the way he raised me to love competition and sports.

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
work on hitting all sides of field.

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
Switched to 27 oz end loaded this year and I overlap with everything but two fingers on top hand.

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Hit as much as I can with my schedule and spend time with family due to lack of it during season.

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
University of Kentucky Basketball and probably Basketball.

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
None

What would be your "at bat" music selection?
Something Christian Rap, there are some good Christian rappers out there that people should check out.

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
Control players or punish players for the way they act. I don’t see how cornhole is on ESPN but Slowpitch Softball isn’t unless it is because of the lack of etiquette.

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
Interstate Softball Tournament in Roanoke VA

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Botetourt Softball Complex in Roanoke VA

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
Whatever has good reviews and I don’t have at home.

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Too many funny things to think through.

Tell us something about you that most would never know about you?
I love to eat even if I don’t look like it!

    Played with him in Atlanta a couple years ago with Sports Reach, guy is a gamer for sure.
