How to get your USSSA or GSL roster approved

The USSSA/GSL directors have been circulating this "how to" get your rosters approved online instructions:

Managers,

We are seeing that teams are having trouble getting their rosters approved.  These steps will help get your players approved:

For players who have GSL & or USSSA HISTORY once the manager adds you to the roster

**You will NOT need a validation code , you do not need an email.

Follow these steps:

Go to: https://www.usssa.com/login

Click on adult player

Then put in the login and password you had LAST YEAR. That got you approved.

Once you are logged in:
1. SIGN WAIVER
2. Then after waiver you will get a ACCEPT OR DECLINE Button for GSL & USSSA.
3. Click ACCEPT FOR BOTH as long as you sign waiver and accept roster invite for both
you will be good to go.

If you do this from your phone and sign waiver
Then do not see the ACCEPT / DECLINE BUTTON scroll to the Right , it will be there.

** IF YOU HAVE A NEW CELL NUMBER OR EMAIL LOG IN WITH YOUR OLD LOG IN TO GET APPROVED THEN EDIT YOUR ACCOUNT.

NOW FOR NEW PLAYERS
1st Manager needs to try and add player to the roster.

If it says player is not in data base, then the manager needs to send in an EMAIL to their State Director with the following information:

Team Name:
Players Name: (As on Drivers License)
Date of Birth:
Cell Number:
Email Address:

You MUST send this to YOUR STATE DIRECTOR.

ALL INFO MUST BE THERE
*We do not need home address.
* Also info you have multiple players to add,
please send just ONE email if at all possible.

Once the State Director adds the new player:
1. An invite will be emailed to the player
2. The player must follow steps in the email:

*SET UP A PLAYER ACCOUNT
*Then LOGIN TO ACCOUNT
*SIGN WAIVER
*Then CLICK ACCEPT BUTTON FOR GSL & USSSA

* MANAGERS VERY IMPORTANT YOU CHECK
AND MAKE SURE PLAYER INFO IS CORRECT
the system is Case Sensitive.

Trouble Shooting when a manager logs into their account on their Dashboard:

1. Clicks manage players
The goal is ALL PLAYERS APPROVED

If you have pending players click on the pending tab If it shows the player has SIGNED WAIVER but is still Pending:

1. Then that player needs to LOG INTO THEIR ACCOUNT and ACCEPT ROSTER INVITE
REMEMBER THERE IS A GSL AND USSSA ROSTER TO ACCEPT .

* IN THE CASE A PLAYER ONLY PLAYS GSL OR USSSA FOR A SPECIFIC TEAM, they must be approved for the one they are playing .

When a manage prints up a Roster for the tournament if he looks at the event online in the STATURE Section that will show you the RULES AND ROSTERS USED FOR THAT EVENT .

NOW ITS UP TO THE PLAYERS TO GET APPROVED AND THE MANAGERS TO MANAGE .
