This guy is a really good ball player, use to play with him in Alabama. Always hustles and is a very funny guy. Need a good out fielder that covers ground there’s your guy.

  2. Gillyshaw03 says:

Good pick up crafty and goes hard almost broke a rib in LF this weekend crashing into a wall & yep the play got made… Give this guy a chance!!!

  3. shifty says:

Saw this guy play in the coed D in arizona….Was an absolute stud…even though he played under a fake name to not attract attention!!!

  4. Lyndell says:

Flip is the truth. Leaves everything on the field. It was a pleasure playing my last year with him.

What is this, THE Filip E. Cabell Washington I once knew I now hear of playing “under a fake name to not attract attention!!!”? Did you not at one time often circle your old high school in a fluorescent orange-yellow-lime long bouncing hydraulic low rider blaring your music and making fun of former under classmates still left behind inside? If I knew softball was the way to your heart, I think I could’ve gotten you to solve a lot more equations in slope-intercept form. Who knew? Even you and I had something in common. My bats of choice are either a 33 inch, 26 ounce, or a 34 inch, 28 ounce, Easton bat also except with a fuller grip. I went to college on a softball scholarship. It is nice to see and hear of you doing so well, as well as how proud I am of you in paying it forward by mentoring youth. I hope your sister is doing well, too, so please tell her I still think of her in the highest regard.

P.S.: The next time you get the urge to do something fun at a game, instead of running the bases backwards, you could post the lineup and positions in a good old T – chart format instead of x’s and y’s. When running for a ball in the outfield next time, think rise over run like slope ☺. BTW, I played left field in high school, short field in college, and then right field my last year and up at Oakland terrace. Just like I always told you, mathematics is all around you.

See you on the “Flip” side
