What positions do you play and what is your best position?
I can play anywhere on the field to help a team be successful played mostly outfield but last couple yrs i played 3rb base. Best position depending on the need that my team needs

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
Greg Cornell, Flip Washington, Bryson Barker, Brian Wegman

Why do you like the game of softball?
Its played like baseball but faster

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
GBaby one of the best middle infielder i ever seen when he gets a chance he will be all over the field

What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
Lil D because we had 4 Dee's n i was the smallest

What is your height and weight?
5'10 200

Where do you call home?
Columbus, GA

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
Watching sports and working on my game to become a better player

What do you do for a living?
I'm a supervisor at Koch Foods in Columbus, GA

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Yes

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
I got a call from Lyf Nimmo came to the conference side and a true big brother to help me get started.

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
When playing BSC it has some of the best players but never get a chance to play confrence due to money and sponsorship. The work you have to put in makes you successful on both sides. Would like to see the BSC be more open to get more conference guys to come to a different side to ball. Conference is a business and the BSC is lets go have fun and enjoy the event.

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
No because i can play alot of different positions.

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
Climbing the fence in Columbus Ga to rob a homerun in BSC to win my first ring coming from rec to comp.

Playing for ASP in C worlds and finished 2nd with 11 guys who gave they all who are now all major players.

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
Big Daddy Gene Williams and Tim Barens who always say hustle is free and to always play for the man next to you.

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Stay hungry and work on your game as much as you can.

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
Normal and swing 26oz bat

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Play flag football to stay in shape

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
Football and Pittsburgh Steelers

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
Always have to play pepper before the game

What would be your "at bat" music selection?
Any Lil Wayne song

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
Becoming a better mentor to younger players who look up to us over the yrs

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
Dual because you get a chance to see everyone play in this event

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Big League Dreams in Tx just love the atmosphere

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
Buffalo wild wings, Bone Daddys

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Umpire calling strike three on a batter and fell down

Tell us something about you that most would never know about you?
I'm very competitive and have a lot of passion n love for the game

What was your favorite sports related gift you have ever given or received?
The ability to be competitive in Baseball because i was small in high school and nobody believe i would be good.
