What positions do you play and what is your best position?
2nd or 3rd.

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
So many to choose from but have to go with Bubba Mack. Seen him get out one time whether I was playing against him or watching

Why do you like the game of softball?
It keeps the competition in my life after college baseball and you meet so many new people and friends throughout the way

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
Pedro Sanchez, has a glove up the middle I have never seen before

What is your height and weight?
5’10” 210

Where do you call home?
Clyde, Ohio

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
Usually at work, I’m a bartender but if I had it my way I would love to be on the jet ski at the lake

What do you do for a living?
Bartend

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Football, basketball, baseball in high school. Baseball in college

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
After college ball my dad introduced me to the game who is in the softball hall of fame, I kept working on my game and practicing more on the things I couldn’t do that well to become all rounded

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
The fact of how many balls are taken away from hits. Conference holes and gaps get shut down way faster

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
Honestly have no idea, never really thought of this and want to be my own type of player

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
Last year in the major world series when we were up on Resmondo by 3 going into the bottom of the sixth

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
Would have to be my father, he has showed and taught me nearly everything in this game

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Keep working On your game, you’re never too good to just coast

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
Regular grip, 26oz balanced

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Tons of indoor bp, and weight and cardio training at the gym

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
Die hard Michigan wolverines fan. Favorite sport would have to be football

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
I have the same approach to the plate every single time. Have an entire routine I do before first pitch of every at bat

What would be your "at bat" music selection?
Either “make it sweet” by old dominion or “better off gone” by Logan mize

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
Love how upper level is ran. Only thing I could think of is maybe 3 umps per game instead of 2

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
Smoky mountain classic for sure. The atmosphere around the entire complex is like no other

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Space coast stadium hands down. Is a great stadium with all turf infields and outfields

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
Not really picky, I can find something to eat nearly anywhere

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Easily Seeing first base taken out of the field of play

Tell us something about you that most would never know about you?
That I’m only 23 years old

What was your favorite sports related gift you have ever given or received?
A flight to Denver for a ski trip
