The "Softball City" Major sponsored by Smash It Sports will be held in Salem, Oregon at the Wallace Marine Park. There are 8 Nationwide Conference USSSA teams and 21 teams over all. They are supposed to have record high temperatures and the fields are 300 feet. Look for Classic Glass, Bay Area Legends, My Auto Jack, and L&S Glass to battle it out. The men's tournament begins Friday night and ends Saturday night. The Women's Major has 13 teams led by Smash It/Derby Girls and Classic Glass and starts on Saturday morning and ends Saturday night.
There is also a women's Major in New Jersey where Lady SNI, MPT Rentals, and La Famiglia are. Here is the bracket link.

Classic Glass/Easton is the #1 overall seed based on Conference standings. The other teams looking to get the win are: Bay Area Legends/Easton; L & S Glass and MAJ/KNELL/Dirty Sports/DTS/DOMN8.
Softball City Predictions: The tournament begins on Friday at 6:30 pm WST with 4 play-in games, the 1st round games and 2nd round games on Friday night. With no Major or AA teams present this will great chance for an A team to pick up points in the Conference standings. The Final 4 starts at 12:30 pm on Saturday afternoon and should consist of the following match ups: My Auto Jack versus L&S Glass and Bay Area Legends versus Classic Glass. Can Classic Glass get revenge from the 8-inning game at the Lone Star Shootout, or will Bay Area Legends upset the #1 seed? In the loser's bracket, look for Conference team GSP / Tri-State Services / VBW to make a run and make it to the 4th place game. Non-conference B team, Lazer Sports is always a tough team and has the ability to upset the lower seeded Conference teams. Note: Bay Area Legends as 3 teams in the bracket, Conference A team, Conference B team and a non-conference C team.
