2020 Salt Lake City Classic bracket and team list link

The 1st ever Salt Lake City Classic is this weekend and it is a Dual event replacing Seattle which was canceled due to covid-19. There is a quality field of 22 'C' and higher teams in the event including 2 'AA' teams Bay Area Legends and Xtreme looking to pick up some points headed into the stretch run of the season. There are also a number of 'A' teams trying to pull off an upset win and slide into the USSSA Major World Series! The 1st tournament begins early Friday morning and ends Friday night. The 2nd Dual is Saturday and Sunday. The Dudley Pro-M ball will be used, the weather will be hot, and the 8 conference teams means 180 + (8 x 4) = 212 Conference points to the winning team!

Bay Area Legends/Easton is the favorite and the #1 overall seed based on Conference points. The other teams looking to get the win: Xtreme/Miken/Worth/Athlon/ASP, Cheap Suits/Republic Realty/EA and Classic Glass/Easton.

"Salt Lake City Dual" Major I Predictions: The "Final Four" starts at 3:30 pm MST on Friday with Xtreme versus Classic Glass and Cheap Suits versus Bay Area. The winners advance to the undefeated game at 5:00 pm MST on Friday. Watch for Classic Glass to make a run through the loser's bracket after their Lonestar Shootout Major Championship.

The "Final Four match ups should be Bay Area versus Classic Glass at 6:30 pm MST and Xtreme versus Cheap Suits at 8:00 pm MST. I predict Bay Area and Xtreme to make it to the undefeated game at 9:30 on Saturday. The Top 5 should be the same in both tournaments.
