2019 USSSA 'A' World Bracket and Team List Link

The 2019 USSSA 'A' World Tournament will be played this coming weekend at the Space Coast Complex in Viera, Florida. The tournament features 24 teams from 15 different states and 19 of them are from the Nationwide Conference USSSA.  There are 21 'A' teams, 2 'B' teams, and 1 'C' team.  Recent 'A' Worlds have had a vast amount of early round upsets which should occur again this year.  Usually 3 or 4 of the top 6 seeds lose on Friday.  With the possibility of an incoming tropical storm, expect USSSA to be flexible with the bracket schedule to get this tournament complete.

The White Softball Quad is the quad in the middle (fences are 325).

The stadium with a temp fence at 325 is also scheduled to be used.

The Dudley Pro-M ball will be used with an 8 HR limit

This weekend the A World Tournament will take place in Viera, FL at the Space Coast Complex with 24 teams and 19 from the Nationwide Conference USSSA.  The breakdown down of teams in attendance include 21 A, 2 B teams and 1 C team.  The #1 overall seed and favorite MPT Rentals/EVO9X.  The other teams looking to upset the favorite are: Baugh Ford/Kut4/OI/Miken/Worth; TRADESMEN/LS/SPIDERZ/HANG RITE; Primetime/Evolution/FAI/Easton; Beckham brothers/Pure/Exclusive and Chanticlear/Eurotech/J&H/MikenWorth.

Predictions:  With Tropical Storm Dorian looming on the Florida coast, we will have to wait and see what impact this will have on the tournament.  The final 4 undefeated should be:  Baugh Ford/Kut4/OI/Miken/Worth versus VIVID/Play the Game and Briggs/Haymak/RemoteIT versus MPT Rentals / EVO9X.  In the loser's bracket, I predict Chanticlear to win 4 games to make it to the 3rd place for a rematch against Baugh.  Watch out for non-conference team, Briggs/Haymak/RemoteIT, to make a run deep into the tournament.
