2015 GSL Spring Open tournament preview!

Weather may end up the ultimate winner of this Saturdays GSL Spring World tournament in Columbus, Ohio. The tournament will be played in its entirety on Saturday in near freezing temperatures and the 8 team "open" bracket is stacked with quality teams. Red's Astros/Louisville Slugger an 'A' team based out of Indiana, and Precision/Easton/DO are the favorites but many of the other teams like TG Brand out of Michigan, Compound Athletics based out of Illinois, and Pure Romance/Foulks Adjusting/Headlines/Easton from Ohio will be looking for the upset.

The tournament is played on beautiful all turf infields and baseball sized fence distances. Good luck to all teams, looks like a lot of evenly matched upper level games in the cold. The Worth home run derby will be Friday night with Jeff Hall! Unfortunately this tournament is on the same weekend as the Las Vegas Major so I won't make it down.
