The pay per view of the Border Battle livestream looked great on my 56 inch tv!

Team USA went 9-0 on the week including 3 wins over the USA Future Stars, a win over Canada Select, and an 18-9 win over Team Canada in the Border Battle showdown Saturday.  The team had some slow starts including a game vs the Canada Selects where they were tied at 18-18 going into the 7th inning and they scored 17 runs to win!  But overall Team USA took care of business and won every game.  They were led by leadoff hitter Bryson Baker who had an .814 batting average 12 homers and 37 RBI.

One response to “Team USA wins Border Battle! —> 2014 Border Battle Update and report from the week!”

  1. Dee McDonald says:

Is it just me or is Mike Macenko the Rocky Balboa of slowpitch softball. I don’t mean that as a negative at all. He’s a blast to listen to and I love the way he talks to everybody. What a great guy!
