Not a hater one bit. With that said am I the only one that thinks it’s an absolute joke that 35 players make 1st team with 19 of them being from either LV or Ressy?
i think its a joke to have 35 players on the first team. i mean how many teams have 35 guys on the roster
It’s SLOW pitch. Please
i know nobody cares about the B division, but DEI had 2 guys with a 722 and 729 OBP in the conference……and werent on the team? Did they not play conference weekend? I was looking at the final stats they are both top 30 in the COUNTRY…..
I believe DEI players did not have the required 120 plate appearances to qualify for all conference second or third team
PRI/Easton the nation’s number one b team has no representatives either. Everything in this game favors two teams. Not to many have the funds to pay as much, do they don’t get enough at bats to qualify.Mullins from red is second in the country in obp and on second team because of at bats..ridiculous..I agree there needs to be a minimum, but give credit where credit is due
Dale “Bubba” Brungardt got screwed by only getting a 2nd team all conference!
His stats: .783 obp 54 HR 122 RBI (45 games)
1st team players stats:
Jimmy Salas: .767 obp 54 HR 145 RBI (57 games)
Lee Powers: .735 obp 50 HR 105 RBI (50 games)
Scott Zaciewski: .751 obp 39 HR 114 RBI (56 games)
No doubt Jimmy Salas deserves a 1st team all conf. And it’s no bash on Lee and Scott, both are great players; but Bubba should be ahead of both of them, as his stats were better across the board with less games played.
Maybe it’s the case where he is young and relatively new to the conference circuit so maybe he needs to pay his dues, but he definitely deserved that 1st team all conference award.
Agree with first poster. Why multiple position players except pitcher.?i think there should be one player at each position. I think there would be players with hurt egos f they liked one player for each position. There should be an all star team for each of the major teams/ A /B separately.
