Red's Astros 27 – Albicocco 18
Alibicocco scored 7 runs in the top of the first inning but a misplay with two outs by their defense in the bottom half of the inning led to 8 Red's Astros runs and a 9-7 deficit. Albicocco would take the lead back in the 4th inning on back to back homers by Ballard and Rockoff and a 3 run homer by Tony Mack. But Red's Astros never gave up and scored 10 runs in the bottom of the 7th with the big blow being the grand slam by Steve Kingsolver. Evan Gallmeier the center fielder for Albicocco did make a spectacular run and then full diving catch on a ball in the 6th which is worthy of a Sportscenter highlite.
