Who are you playing with in 2016?
COMBAT

What positions do you play and what is your best position?
PITCHER

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
My Daughter Ava Baugh for 7 years old she is a beast. 

Why do you like the game of softball?
I have been a part of the game a long time. I played for Teams like Slap Shots, West Mobile Express, and Ruby Tuesdays. I have had some great sponsors and friends in the game. So over the last 7 years I wanted to give a little back to the sport and sponsor a Team.     

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
Kyle Pearson for Combat, I think this year with him being 100% healthy everyone will see just how good this kid is. I have had the pleasure to see him when he was on his game. 

What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
t-bone, long story 

What is your height and weight?
6'1   210

Where do you call home?
Clanton, Alabama 

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
With my family, doing something in the yard.

What do you do for a living?
Owner, Operator of Baugh Ford LLC

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Baseball  

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Tough question to answer when you have sponsored a Team. Most people would say I paid my way to the top. But I have been ask to play with a few Teams and not sponsor in the past 5 or 6 years. 

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
Your playing the best when your in the Conference, hands down.

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
No, I would hate to embarrass anyone. 

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
Just to be a part of the game. 

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
TWO COME TO MIND MIKE CAZALAS AND DON FRAZIER. GREAT SPONSORS AND COACHES. WHICH BOTH ARE NOW GOOD FRIENDS OF MINE.

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Play where you will be seen, be humble and good things will happen. 

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
Standard

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Sell Ford Trucks

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
SEC FOOTBALL

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
NONE

What would be your "at bat" music selection?
FORD TRUCK MAN 

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
I THINK WITH THE CUTTING OPEN OF THE BATS THIS YEAR WILL BE A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. 

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
SMOKY

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
DISNEY

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
LONG HORN

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Me getting hit in the forehead. The funny part is that was the first year I wore the helmet.    

Tell us something about you that most would never know about you?
I do know how to have fun.

What was your favorite sports related gift you have ever given or received?
Won all Conference 2013
