What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
Dalton was given to me Tank from Compound a few years ago in Palm Springs.  I blew up a second basemen who was playing in short right.  Tank said hitting a ball that hard is done by bigger guys. So kind of like Dalton from the movie Roadhouse.

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
Speed of the game.  It’s just so much faster than anything else.

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
Prob Lyf Nimmo because we are both so good looking.

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
Winning Gsl world a few years ago with my buddies.

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
Wayne Habermehl without a doubt has shaped me into the player I am today.  I learned everything I could from him and use it all the time.

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Put in the work and the time.  Play at the highest level possible because you only get better playing against the best competion.

One of the best teammates you can ask for, always working on his craft, and can flat out play this game. Asset to any team in the Conference.

  2. Nimmo says:

Great dude and even better team mate!! Hits piss missiles one handed, so don’t let Ross hit infield!! Go get it little brother!!

  3. BL3 says:

Great teammate and player. Plays the game right all the time and gives 110% every play. No one cuts it as nasty as Dalton does either.

  4. Oak Hewis says:

Hits the skin off the ball. It unravels as it flies through the air, eventually disintegrating.

  5. Lorque says:

Great guy. Better teammate and a very tough hitter to get out. Can hit it anywhere anyine in the count. Always hustles. One of my very favorite people in all of softball. No doubt.

  6. Jrock says:

Great teammate for any team out there. Even better person. Plays the game the right way and will do anything to help his team win. Hard worker and team first guy. Glad to call you my friend. Look forward to seeing you this year wherever you land. BTW Nimmo isn’t lying about the one handed missles for infield warm-ups, maybe you found something there. Just Kidding, Good Luck Bro.
