Precision wins USSSA ‘AA’ World title!
Precision got the last out on a bare handed stop of a grounder and the celebration was on as Precision won the 2016 USSSA 'AA' World Championship!
Precision used great defense led by their pitcher and MVP Justin Mucciarelli to go undefeated at the AA Worlds, a tournament the sponsor has been in the finals of the last 3 years but was unable to win. This years team only had 3 returning starters out on the field for worlds from last years team because of offseason player movement and unfortunate injuries to their top players. Precision knocked off Line Drive Sportz in the winner's bracket championship Saturday night 32-14 and Newbreed 17-9 in the championship game on Sunday. Newbreed ran through the loser's bracket after losing their first game of the tournament to finish 2nd. Line Drive ended up 3rd, and Xtreme/Miken who also lost their first game of the tournament ended up 4th.
