Why do you like the game of softball?
It is gives me a chance to play against the best competition around, and meet some interesting people.

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
Wegman and Helmer.  It's not because we play for an Easton team either!!  They really give you the time to talk and BS after the games.  They are not too big for the game like so many are these days.

What is your nickname in softball?
I have had two since playing in the conference...  Juice Box, and Captain Anderson!!!

Where do you call home?
Kenosha, Wisconsin

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
With the wife and kids swimming or whatever.

What do you do for a living?
General Manager of a Union HVAC Shop.

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Travis Clark had asked me to play with him on his teeam (DLB).  We had met up with Todd Aktney and some of the talent down in Illinios over the next couple of years.  Then Todd and Travis talked with Eric Weller, and we became EWS.  I owe alot to these guys!!  I also need to say thanks to Rob Humphreys, Troupe, and Kenny for the call last year after my hand injury!!

What was the best advice you were ever given?
Practice, Practice, Practice...  Just didn't know they were always telling me to practice fielding... LOL

What position do you play?
Infield and pitch

What batting grip do you use?
Overlap

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Weight lifting, and hitting.  Usually throw in some running after the first of the year.

What is your favorite sports team?
Greenbay Packers, Chicago Cubs, and the Kenosha Feilders

What is your favorite sport other than softball?
Golf, snowmobiling, and basketball

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
Shoes....  I will change my shoes if I make a couple of outs in a row!!  Never stay in a pair of shoes that don't work.  I carry 4 pairs to the tourneys.

What is your most memorable softball moment?
Probabaly the Grandslam I hit in the Conference Championship game in 2010, against my good friends AJS,  Sorry TJ, and Biggins.

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
Anything to do with the bats and balls...  Make it harder to hit homeruns, just doesnt seem right when a guy under 200 lbs hits it 400ft.  Jmo

What is your favorite non-World tournament?
The king of all Carnival Tourneys "The Kenosha Rotary"

What is the best softball field you have played at and why?
Disney, they always well kept and I have a couple great memories!!

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Travis Clark and Justin Wicinski were at batting practice, and were arguing.  Then one of them said "then come at me", the other one said "ok".  Then it was on!!!  They rolled around like a bunch of 5 yr olds, for about 3 mins.  Then they got up and never said a word to each other, but we all knew they were pissed!!  haha bunch of girls.
