Why do you like the game of softball?
It is competitive, and have meet a lot of great people along the way.

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
Hard to name just one there are really a lot of great players out there; just a couple to name – One of my top hitters would be Brett Helmer, Defensively- Jr. and Pesso

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
There's a lot of young talent, the upcoming years are going to be fun to play and see.

What is your nickname in softball?
Well my teammates call me BooBoo….but back home my nickname is LuLu

What is your height and weight?
5'5 but in my Reebok Zigs I'm 5'6 and a half, and I weight 165 soaking wet.

Where do you call home?
Originally from Cuba, came to Tampa, Florida when I was 12 years old

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
Taking my dog and girlfriend to the beach.

What do you do for a living?
Co-owner of Reyna's Heating and Air (family business)

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Yes, Baseball all 4 years in high school, and D2 college in Texas.

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Came out of college was asked to play a league game, that led to tournaments.  I got my break because I was fortunate to play in our local Superdraft tournament on Pete Campbell and Tony Elrod's team.  The rest is history, so I am thankful to Pete, Tony and Eddie Machado for giving me this shot.

What position do you play?
Shortstop

What batting grip do you use?
Bottom finger off the knob.

What ounce bat do you use?
26, 27 and when I feel big 28.

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Gym and playing local tournaments, since Florida has softball year round.

What is your favorite sports team?
Boston Red Sox

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
I do not have any superstitions.

What is your most memorable softball moment?
Winning the ASA "A" Worlds in 2011, winning my first ring (Thanks Helmer,lol)

What would be your "at bat" music selection?
I'm thinking "I wish I was a little bit taller" by Skee-lo

What is your favorite non-World tournament?
The Dudley

What is the best softball field you have played at and why?
The fields we played on in Oklahoma for the ASA "A" Worlds.  The infield's are very smooth.

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
If we are able to find one, Kobe's Japanese Steakhouse.

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Last year in 2011, one of my teammates (not mentioning any names) COMPLETELY swung and missed the ball, to strike out against Resmondo.  As soon as that happens he turns around to head back into the dugout and says "Oops, that one fell off the table".
