What positions do you play and what is your best position?
I play Catcher, first, and some third.

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
The best player I've ever seen has to be Jason Kendrick and Carl Rose. Back in the day when I was growing these were the guys. But don't forget today's players like Lee Payne or Greg Connell.

Why do you like the game of softball?
I like the game of softbal because I enjoying playing and visiting all the the different parks and places. 

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
Evan Jarman and Chris Constatino because there work ethic is great. Their attitudes are top notch and they want to do big things in the game.

What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
Well I have a few. Country, stoopid, and one brain cell. All thanks to Kevin Johnson. The reason is because I like to hit batting practice barefooted before games.

What is your height and weight?
6'4 250

Where do you call home?
Valdosta, GA

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
I'm a big college football fan. If I'm not watching that I like hunting and fishing

What do you do for a living?
I work at Cregger company. As a warehouse associate.

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
I played 4 years of high school baseball but no college.

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
I always hit bp with Jason Kendrick and one day he was like you think you would interested playing on the conference. And ever since then I have been.

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
The fields how well there maintained was the biggest standout to me.

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
Jason Kendrick, Dal Beggs

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
Mine would have to be starting in my first conference tournament and that tournament being the smoky mountain classic.

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
George Phillips because no matter the outcome he believed in everything I did.

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Work, work, work and prolly work some more

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
Two fingers off the knob and overlapping

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Mainly relax and take a lot of batting practice and ground balls.

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
Atlanta Braves. And definitely college football

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
Just one. I hit Bp barefooted before games.

What would be your "at bat" music selection?
It's just what we do.-fl/ga line.

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
There's not.

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
The smoky mountain classic.

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Disney. Because they take really good care of the fields all year round.

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
Whatever serves chicken.

Tell us something about you that most would never know about you?
That I'm only 24 most people think I'm older cause I'm bald haha.

What was your favorite sports related gift you have ever given or received?
Prolly would have to be Atlanta Braves tickets.
