Played Football, Basketball and Baseball in High School and played Wide Receiver at Valdosta State University (2003 DII National Champs)

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?

Started playing league ball for my job and was asked to play with a team called EP Roberts Bad Boy on the black circuit and got hooked.  Played with a team call SOS softball out of Atlanta and we had a good little run at the Peach State in 2010.  That gave me a chance to pick up with Primetime/Easton in 2011 when the coach Tony Goodson saw me play.  Now I am hooked and looking forward to playing with them this year again on the big stage…

What was the best advice you were ever given?

Play hard on ever play because something a play as simple as cutting off a ball in the gap can help the team turn a DP…

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?

Play at 110% on every play because you never know who is watching and willing to give you a chance.  And play a lot of pick up tourneys like the Boone and Rose.

Have not been playing that long but the semi run we had at the Peach State this past year beating Jean Shoppe and Suncoast/Reebok in back to back games. Shocked a few people.

BSC Southeastern Kick off Classic.  The atmosphere is great over 200 teams with Willie Brown (formally of Jean Shoppe and head baseball coach at Florida A & M University} DJ-ing music all weekend long.  And also the Dual Event in Kissimmee all the big conference teams are there…

What is the best softball field you have played at and why?

Disney, because of the grass infields and to hit one you have to have true power…

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?

 TGIF

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
A teammate of mine was running the bases and they told him to go three and get down, when he slid it was not a pretty site just knowing he did not want to get down and had to leave the field after.  And being in the dugout with Ronald "peanut" Grace is always a comedy show.
