Jeff Hall cleared by the judge on all charges and accusations in the TAI Sports lawsuit against him

12/28/2012 – Jeff Hall was exonerated of all charges and accusations in what turns out to be a frivolous lawsuit by TAI Sports Inc.

A message from Jeff Hall:

As most of you know on March 6, 2009 I was falsely accused by Carlos Vega with Tai/Elite Sports, Inc. of embezzlement in the amount of $1.2 million dollars.  What most of you may or may not know is that this has been ongoing for almost 4 years now. I can't even begin to express to you what me & my family have been through during this time and the damage it has caused. On Dec. 28, 2012 we finally received the final order from Judge Murphy (see attached) who listened to evidence presented by the Plaintiff for 8 weeks during this trial.  Just as I have pleaded during this entire process Judge Murphy has ruled in the defendant's, my favor on EVERYTHING that I was being accused of by Carlos Vega & Tai Sports.  The only thing awarded to Tai Sports is what was owed on the accounting books when Jose Vega unexpectantly came in, fired all the Tai Sports employee's and closed the doors without any notice or even a single phone call from Carlos Vega (someone I considered a friend not just a business acquaintance), which had already been acknowledged as being owed to Tai Sports. THAT'S IT……….CARLOS VEGA WAS AWARDED WHAT HE WAS OWED WHEN HE FALSELY ACCUSED ME!!

I can't speak for the employee's of Tai Sports in NC and the effect that it had on their families, I can only speak for what these actions have done to me & my family and the lessons I have learned. That being said it is now time to pick up the pieces and try to put my life back together just as it was before this unnecessary lawsuit began.  I have business relationships to rebuild that were damaged by accusations made against me and the companies I own.  I still have my softball career ahead of me that has already began to heal along with rebuilding trust with certain individuals and companies that was stripped away to protect themselves from the accusations made by Carlos. Most important I have my family whom I have always supported & taken care of by providing for them to the best of my ability with a lot of hard work behind it. That being said it was also stripped away in order for me to defend myself in this lawsuit.  I have 2 college funds to re-build so that I can send my kids to college…..every dime saved was spent fighting this USELESS UNNECESSARY LAWSUIT!!! And so much more still owed to the awesome team I had behind me as my legal counsel and professionals that were attained for their expertise. I want to personally thank each and every one of you who believed in me, supported me, counseled me, encouraged me & to those of you who did not………now you know the truth!!!  I have learned A LOT through this trial in my life, but nothing more important than knowing who to put my trust in…..The Lord Jesus Christ!!! Through him all things are possible!! I have a feeling that 2013 is going to be an awesome year!! For all of those who have supported East Coast Athletics in the past, myself & my staff would like to say THANK YOU!! It is going to be an exciting year ahead, so check us out and jump on board at eastcoastathletics.com. Once again…

THANK YOU & GOD BLESS!!!

I just want to say that your my hero. I am young man and I play softball and I believe that you are the best player in the business. No one can hit like you can. I wouldn’t ever think you would do something under handed like that. Hold your head high and be proud that the Lord brought the truth to light. I hope that one day I will get to see you on the long haul bombers tour in person. I think it’s cool your doing a tribute to breast cancer awareness. I wish you the best.

Great news. Late reply but I have been out of the softball world for a while. Believe it or not I got Mr. Vega started in full dye sublimation here in So Cal and he basically tried to accuse me of relatively the same thing. I truly believe in karma and what comes around goes around. I also wish you the best!
