What a pleasure to be able to coach this guy and call him my friend. The guy only wants to get better and puts in the work. If you ever wanted someone to have your back, MAGGY is the one. Thanks Jason for giving me the opportunity to be someone who has a small voice in your success.

  6. ASP NATION /DYNASTY/ EASTON #22 says:

Although he has to stay 100 yards from elementary schools, JMAG is a great guy and i am proud not only to call him a teammate but a good friend s well. You meet alot of shady characters over the years in softball but this is one of the good guys and he is the tru definition of the word friend. Great interview and looking forward to another strong year this season.

  7. M Titshaw says:

Man where do I start? First things first I see one thing that is missing is the nickname “Thundar Throat”, guess you forgot that from your days in Thundar from down under. I’ve seen this dude work his way up the ladder from the bottom, all the way to the top. When he first started playing tournament ball he was a back up and couldn’t even make the starting line up in E class all the way to playing conference ball at a high level. Who would have thought that when the first tournament you played in Myrtle Beach with OBC in tow. My man has put in the work and will always do what it takes to be a team leader.

More importantly off the field you cannot find a better guy. We have had some good damn times for sure. From times in Fla, to times in ATL, to the cold nights in July in Columbus GA with the winds blowing off the river in the parking lot, all the way to “call me a cabs” in Savannah, it was an awesome ride on Driftwood. Couldn’t be more proud of a friend and more importantly someone I can call my brother. Keep kicking ass bro!!!

  8. LP says:

The man, the myth, the legend of Hapeville, GA! My great teammate (on and off the field), carpool buddy, and bp partner, but most of all – a true friend. Keep working hard and smashing it, I know you will! See you in the ‘Ville for some cuts soon

  9. Clack24 says:

One of the coolest dudes on the Planet!! Keep puttin in work and those big #’s my dawg!! Good luck this season!!

  10. DWood6 says:

You’ve come a long way since E ball playboy! Don’t think there is a more dedicated, hard working cat out there. Can’t wait to swing this dudes signature bat. If its anything like his stripping days it will be long and narrow with no sweet spot! Proud to call this tender D a friend and a brother.

“Gametime at 7 in the morning, party til 5.” DWood 4 liiiiiife!

  11. Wooooooooow…. Love this interview. That’s awesome. Proud to say he is a great guy but most importantly his is “the” best father in the entire world.
Glad to see he’s progress tremendously and that through all his trials and tribulations his dreams has come true. This man has inspired me in so many ways .
From him I’ve learned to never give up and that anything is possible. He’s shown his daughter how hardwork does payoff .He deserves everything that god has blessed
him to have . Although Kendall is daddy’s little “girl”, she is determined to follow her Heros footsteps and why not follow a great leader. Kuddos to the man with the BIG heart Mr.Jason Magnum.

    Love AshleyC/ Kendall Magnum

  12. AChristler says:

  13. James Avery says:
