Who are you playing with in 2016?
As of now GHK a C team out of New Mexico

Free Agent –

What positions do you play and what is your best position?
1st, C, EH and back up pitch

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
Travis Clark he is a all around stud

Why do you like the game of softball?
I have a very high competitive drive and I love to travel and play against people and places I don't know

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
Filip Washington. No need to explain

What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
"WOLFE" due to my last name

What is your height and weight?
6'4 260

Where do you call home?
Albuquerque, New Mexico

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
Hanging out with the family fishing or working on my car . I don't take many weekends off

What do you do for a living?
Nuclear tech

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
High school was as far as I went  due to personal choice
I played baseball , basketball , track and soccer

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
I played beer league when I was 24 and seen by a upper player in Boston he played for giant glass .. He pulled me aside and asked if I wanted to start playing for real lol . Never looked back

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
The respect and drive and for sure the lack of shit talking that plagues C and lower ball . The conference guys stay out of the middle and play the game right

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
I'm not to sure I have a Larsen esk swing and a lyf nemo play and demeanor

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
I'm not sure  I enjoy traveling and picking up in league. Being the unknown guy that no one wants to pitch to lol I just love the game and love to play as high of a level as I can . I tend to take away a great memory from every tournament and trip

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
My first C coach Michel Hanner  he changed the way I looked at and approached the game

McGraw for seeing me at a super draft and coaching me on my swing all on his own I didn't even ask he approached me and helped a ton .

All my friends on major and conference teams for taking the time to talk high level softball with me it's helped so much

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Practice practice practice…… BP a lot , watch and learn take away what is good about the game and check your ego at the door hard work will out work talent

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
Overlap ,2 fingers off the bottom and 2 over and 2 on the top hand

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Lots of BP about 3 times a week indoors . I travel to play when I can afford it and diet and the gym

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
Redsox I would say basketball and I'm learning to love golf

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
Just all the normal baseball ones

What would be your "at bat" music selection?
I'm not sure I zone out when hitting and don't try to pay much mind to all the noise but I'll think one up in time if needed

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
I'm not sure it runs much smoother then the lower ball maybe mandatory pitching mask

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
I have a lot  I love all the super drafts due to the all walks and levels of life that come to play and do it for the love of the game. !
The whole enchilada  due to the comp and size
Winter worlds in LV for it's fun and sandbagging

I really want to  make a few of the bigger ones before I'm done.

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Most of the bld are nice and there are a few fun non turf places

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
Roadhouse is always  a good one and in most  cities. . Or anything that has been on triple D

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Any softball tournament for Halloween has got to be the funniest thing with all the costumes and antics

Tell us something about you that most would never know about you?
I was born on Martha's Vineyard

I never went to college yet work hand and hand with physicist and don't skip a beat

What was your favorite sports related gift you have ever given or received?
Given was when I gave to of my extra bats to the boys home after we played them in a charity tournament

Received was a signed  David Ortiz jersey given to me by my grandma
