Who are you playing with in 2015?
Was with 4 The Fallen til they folded. Then The Scene til I got released.

What positions do you play and what is your best position?
Anywhere on the Infield. Best would have to be MI or SS

Who is the best softball player you have ever seen play?
Too many to name. Brett Helmer, Purcell, Baker, Denny Crine, but I would have to say Wegman is the best overall player around.

Why do you like the game of softball?
It allows me to still play the game I love along with travel and making some great friends.

Who is the best up and coming player in softball and why?
Flip Washington is tearing it up and works hard everyday. Sansone can play all three OF Position and hits well. Lipman flat out hits. The talent out there is getter better all the time so too many to name.

What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
8ball, Hanny, Dateline, Vegas, Cupcake.

What is your height and weight?
5'9 200lb

Where do you call home?
Las Vegas,NV

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
Spending time with my family. My kids all play sports so keeps me pretty full time. Not too much down time in my house.

What do you do for a living?
I'm a switchgear specialist/Estimator for an Electrical Supply house.

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Played high school and junior college

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Been around softball since I was a kid. Got started playing after Junior College.
Got a started playing with Famous and had a couple good years and was lucky enough to have Helmer sign me to Easton. Really grateful to him.

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
The work ethic that I have seen from players to play at the highest level is amazing. Too many people get the wrong idea about softball.

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
Not really

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
I have had quite a few. Winning A worlds last year and being on the All world team is at the top.

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
Chris Adams and Denny Crine. They have really helped me with my hitting and getting to the upper level. I owe a lot to them.

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Work your butt off, stay, quiet, humble and play great the right way.

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
27oz overlap grip

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
I'm really luck to live in vegas where I can play year round. So I hit a lot and workout when I'm not doing kids sports.

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
Baseball and Oakland Atheltics

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
Too many to name

What would be your "at bat" music selection?

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
I like it the way it is. In the end its still a game and anything can happen. That's why we play.

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
Toys for Tots in Palm Springs

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Has to be Disney

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
Texas Roadhouse

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
would have to say seeing Johnny Bailey act like he was taking a selfie after hitting a HR. That guy is probably the best teammate I have ever played with and the funniest.

What was your favorite sports related gift you have ever given or received?
A gift from one of the dads on my kids baseball team. He gave me poster size action shots of my son and stepson. They turned out really nice and nothing better than seeing your kids having fun.
