Why do you like the game of softball?
Its closest thing to playing baseball. Only thing that i seem to enjoy and love doing outside of work and my son.

Where do you call home?
Columbus, OH/born and raised and never forgotten
But never leaving the sunshine state Tampa, FL has became home now

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
FAMILY or work making $

What do you do for a living?
FIREFIGHTER

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Football/Basketball/Baseball in high school ran track my senior year
Played Baseball in College

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
My Boy Gino Medina got me starting to play E ball 3yrs ago and played a couple tournaments with him and Madman and Chris Manganaro asked his brother Nick Manganaro if they needed a extra guy for a weekend in a C tournament with Blockers. Before you know it, I was blessed enough to get a oppurunity to play Conference the rest of that year with South Texas Posse and then meet Kyndrich Doggett that has helped me get to where i am today.

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
The speed/pitching/defense, just the game in general guys make routine plays or plays you only see on sportscenter. Its just the all around aspect of softball is more competitive

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
Plenty of guys who have guided me in the right direction but there select few that have stuck by my side and believed in me Kyndrich Doggett/Howie Krause/Adam Rockoff/Victor Cordova/Luis Reyna/Davis Bilardello/ Gino Medina/Joel Ramos. These great ball players have made me the softball player i am today and i cant thank them enough. All i can do is put in the work in listen and continue to get better.

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
WORK, WORK, WORK, ask question watch games listen try and ask about different approaches certain guys take and always continuing to WORK and get better

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
BP,BP,BP, never taking a break

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
OHIO STATE BUCKEYES.
I am a big football, Basketball, Baseball fan among watching all other sports

Do you have any superstitions and if so, what are they?
Yes to many to list i am sure every true baseball player or sports player for that matter has some what of a same routine that they do before or during every game or every time they step on the field.

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
Smoky, never seen anything like it

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Disney, just the amphetamine alone is the best placed to play at.

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
Some Where with PIZZA & WINGS

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?

    Antonio is one hell of a teammate and extremely talented. He would be a great contributor/asset to any team he is on.

    It was truly an honor to have had the opportunity to spend all of last year with him in my dugout.

    I have much love and respect for this young man.

    T-SEP!,

    Having played football with this man and watching him play baseball in highschool back in Ohio. I can tell you all the above is true. Any team would be lucky to have this man on their team.
    The one thing that stuck with me all these years about Tony. Is that he has one of the best arms I’ve ever seen. Any body every seen someone throw a flat football 50+ yards.
