2009 Major Prospect List

#1

Infielder Phillip White – Albicocco/The Scene/Easton
Gm-20  HR-20 RBI-51 OB% 0.759 (only played a half season)

Phil White had a very good season for the #7 ranked Albicocco in 2013 and returns to Team Albicocco/The Scene/Easton again in 2014.  Look for him to pick up where he left off in 2014 and is one of those rare players that can pretty much play any infield position.

#2

MI Steven Whaley – Linedrive Sportz/sSs/Miken
Gm-43  HR-43 RBI-133  OB% 0.676

Whaley had a big year at middle infield for the 5th ranked Linedrive Sportz in 2013 and returns to Line Drive Sportz/R&M Metals/Easton in 2014.  Whaley was honored with a spot on the Major Players List at the end of the season and will not be eligible for the 2014 Major prospect list.

#3

SS Branden Blake – GTL/Doerflinger/R&M/Easton

Gm-33   HR-33 RBI-108  OB% 0.667

Branden played SS for much of the 2013 season with the 8th ranked GTL team and will move to the upstart MPT Rentals/Mizuno team in 2014.

#4

RF Kyle Pearson – GTL/Doerflinger/R&M Metals/Easton

HR-35 RBI-94  OB% 0.631

Pearson played RF most of the year for #8 GTL and his timely hitting and strong arm will make him a top prospect again in 2014 when he plays for Baugh Ford/ Doerflinger / National Pawn / Easton.

#5

MI Orlando Castillo – Demarini/Dirty
HR-14 RBI-68 OB% 0.632

Orlando had a great year with the glove and the bat for #6 ranked Demarini/Dirty.  Look for him to be on the prospect list again in 2014 with Team Albicocco.

#6

CF Davis Bilardello – Baugh Ford / Mojo / Louisville Slugger
HR-34 RBI-93  OB% 0.657

Davis hit the ball well in 2013 for the #22 ranked Baugh Ford team.  This year he is rumored to be with Dirty/Combat, an 'A' team based out of Florida where he should be one of their main players on both offense and defense.

#7

3B Matthew Rear – LineDrive
HR-24 RBI-102  OB% 0.611

Rear had a solid year for #5 Linedrive at the hot corner in 2013 but will move over to Precision in 2014.

#8

1B Chivas Clark – Baugh Ford
No Stats available

"Chevy" I believe may be a free agent for 2014 as I don't recall seeing him on any rosters.  Some 'A' or 'B' team needs to pick this guy up! Chevy played catcher and 1st Base for Baugh Ford in 2013.

#9

MI Chris Hansen – Famous/Premier/Easton
HR-16 RBI-68  OB% 0.569

Hansen helped lead the #16 ranked Famous team to the top of the 'B' division in 2013.  He will play infield for Linedrive Sportz in 2014.

#10

OF Dan Kirkwood – Demarini/Dirty

HR-10  RBI-31  OB% 0.588

Kirkwood came on strong for the #8 Demarini/Dirty team in 2013 with impressive performances in the Conference Championships as well as the Major World Series.  Look for him to play outfield for MPT Rentals/Mizuno in 2014 and continue to improve.
