Tournament Preview
2018 Circle City bracket and team list link
The "Circle City Classic" returns to the Indianapolis Sports park in 2018 after last year rains moved it to Columbus, Indiana. For many years (1996-2001) the classic was an NSA flight tournament that was attended by a large amount of the top teams. See the list of winners at the bottom of this article. The tournament will start on Saturday morning at 8:00 AM Eastern. The tournament features 19 teams with 4 of them being from the Nationwide Conference USSSA. The weather will be warm and the favorite is Precision/3rd Street/Bull Dawg a 'AA' team based out of Illinois who has won this tournament twice in the past.
I (DW) will probably not be there this weekend and there won't be any livestreaming on USSSALive.com. So good luck to all of the teams.

Shea Nations Picks
This weekend at the Circle City Classic Major NIT in Indianapolis, IN they will have 19 teams and 4 Nationwide Conference USSSA teams in attendance including 0 major, 1 AA, 2 A, 1 B and 15 local teams. Precision/3rd Street/Bull Dawg is the #1 overall seed. The other teams looking to get the win without any major teams present are: Pauer Sports/JBL/Tailgaters/B&E; Insane Sports/Basement/Ray’s/M24; and Sports Reach.
Indianapolis Predictions: The final 4 undefeated should be: Precision versus T&W/Miken and Headlines Sportswear versus Pauer Sports. In the losers bracket we could see some upsets from local Ohio teams T&W/Miken and Headlines Sportswear / CSB. The 7th place games start at 5:20 pm on Saturday and could be some match ups we see at World events.
