2015 Oldscout Poll Results (HR, TM55, Classification, BP)

Over on The Old Scout message board we post polls periodically about the topics of the day but unless you go back and click on them to find out the results you don't know what the results.  So here are some of the final results of polls since the beginning of the year.

You actually can't look directly at the percentages on this one, you have to extrapolate the data by group.

When you extrapolate, here is what you get:

So Conference Players want:
 20% Want HR to be 16, 12,  8
 19% Want HR to be 16, 12, 12
61% Want HR to be 16 or 12 (the same for everyone)

So Conference Sponsors/Managers want:
 44% Want HR to be 16, 12,  8
 19% Want HR to be 16, 12, 12
38% Want HR to be 16 or 12 (the same for everyone)

So Conference Fans want:
  7% Want HR to be 16, 12,  8
 17% Want HR to be 16, 12, 12
76% Want HR to be 16 or 12 (the same for everyone)

Looks like the majority of players and fans want HR limits to be the same for every team while Sponsors and Managers are more split.

Conclusion is 69% which is a pretty good amount think Classification needs fixed from the bottom up, but 96% are saying classification is broken.

Looks like a lot of hard work goes into being a B or higher player.

Only 57% of softball players have wives and families that are fine with them playing tournaments…ouch.

Lots of people want TM55 banned but they are not even close to the majority…

Football Polls:

Looks like Oldscout pollers were wrong except for the Super Bowl.
