2014 WSL/Worth Championships!

Panama City Beach, Florida

September 5-7

The WSL/Worth championships will be played out in Panama City, Florida this weekend at the Frank Brown park. Games in the Elite division begin at noon Central time Saturday and the championship is set for 7:30 PM Central time. The bracket and rosters are listed further down in this preview. The defending champions are Primetime/Easton who should have a shot at this one as they added the Donaldson brothers and Chivas Clark to the roster for this weekend. The favorites should be the all star teams of Bubbas/ASP and Baugh Ford. Bubbas will play without pitcher Travis Clark (glove hand injury) and picked up Bubba Mack to replace him. The other two teams Broughton and All Navy also have a number of players with a lot of upper level experience and in a short tournament such as this with only 5 teams, I would say any of the 5 could make it to the finals.

Streaming will start with the 'C' bracket at 6 PM Central. Field #9 will be used as the main field.

The Saturday Elite bracket main field will be streamed on SoftballCenter.com as well as some of the 'C' bracket on Sunday.

The SoftballCenter.com chat room will also be open starting Friday.
