Tuff to answer that ….I'd have to say wegs….

Why do you like the game of softball?
It's gets me out of Iowa lol and I love to compete and prove myself

Brandon Dillon …..bazat….bubba…..my baby brother Grant Grimmett it when he gets his chance

What is your nickname in softball and how did you get it?
Ray ray ….my middle name is ray and my buddy's just called me it for years….

What is your height and weight?
6"2 325 ….if u need me to I can bulk up lol

Where do you call home?
Davenport, Iowa

What's your favorite way to spend an off weekend?
Watching ball or spending time with the young up and comers trying to get them better being from Iowa we have to grow talent from here to try and compete with the big dollar teams

What do you do for a living?
Delivery driver

Did you play sports in High School / College / Pro?
Football basketball baseball

How did you get your start in softball and how did you get to the upper level?
Shannon Arnold lived across the street from me and said when u retire from baseball your in with me and I've never looked back…….coach hump had a lot to do with it as well

What was the most surprising difference between Conference play and non-Conference play when you made the jump?
The umpires

Is there a player that you would compare your game to?
If Helmer and filby had sex with Keith Hernandez I'd be there child lol

What would you say is your career highlight to this point? Maybe one play or game that sticks out to you in particular?
Winning b super world's and super world's mvp……as well as playing with helmy wegs Larsen devo…Bubba Zirkto many le etc etc the list goes on….just a treat playing with great guys and players

In your career was there a single person (player/manager/coach) who had the most significant impact on your approach to the game? Why?
My dad

What advice can you give a young player trying to break into the upper level?
Hit till your hands bleed then do it again the next day

What type of batting grip do you use and what ounce bat?
Over lap

What do you do in the offseason to prepare for the next softball season?
Watch video and hit

What is your favorite sports team and your favorite sport other than softball?
Football Michigan

Just give thanks to man upstairs

2 pac hit um up

What is the best improvement upper level softball could make?
Get away with the stupid faking from the pitchers

What is your favorite non-World tournament and why?
Fireman's …the atmosphere is unmatched

What is the best softball field/complex you have played at and why?
Okcity it's heaven

Where is the best place to eat on the road after a game?
Hooters

What is the funniest thing you have ever seen on a softball field?
Losson white playing with no socks lol

Tell us something about you that most would never know about you?
If I could play any sport it would be soccer lol
