Long Haul/H. Auto/Easton defeats Rip City/Demarini for Combat Capital City Classic!
Long Haul/H. Auto/Easton knocked off Rip City/Demarini 32-13 in the winner's final and 38-31 in the championship to take the opening tournament of the ASA Super Series which was held in Edmund, Oklahoma. They outscored their opponents 197-84 and went 5-0.
Attaboys/Pinnacle was third. Fallout Sports was 4th.

Very disappointed in the first super series tourney a bunch of D teams played in one if not the biggest dump I’ve ever seen !!! To drive 11 hours and get 2nd and get nothing in return was just the icing on the cake of an embarrassing start for asa the should def be ashamed .
welcome to ASA. This is one of the reasons why so other associations were started. ASA believes that just offering the tournament is good enough. Payouts will only get better when players and teams take a stand. ASA’s business model is designed for youth teams that don’t look for payouts.
Anything when we drove 11 hours so they could have there tourney would have been nice……just a bad way to start this series …..
What would you have gotten if you drove 11 hours to a usssa tournament or spent $5k to fly and play in the Space City?
I’m confused. When you guys play other associations you get payouts?
The rec-league umps were brutal too. Its too bad for ASA. They are light-years behind u-trip
