2013 Conference USSSA Revised Package:

Welcome to the 2013 Conference USSSA Season!

This is our 8th year and there are some NEW and EXCITING things happening in 2013. ESPN Network coverage, Conference Affiliate Tournaments, Home Run Derby Wednesday night of the Kissimmee Dual and the World Series INCREASING TO 18 teams.

A deal has been struck with ESPN Network and beginning with the Kissimmee Dual, select Conference tournaments and the Men's Major World Series will be broadcast on the ESPN Network. Additional information will be provided at the Manager's meeting at the Dual.

There are 7 Conference Affiliate Tournaments in addition to the 24 regular season Conference Events. A Conference Affiliate tournament affords teams, with limited travel budgets, the opportunity to earn Conference Points.

The Men's Major World Series has been increased from 16 to 18 teams. One berth will be awarded to a USSSA Military and the other additional berth awarded to the top finishing team in the Conference Qualifier Labor Day Weekend, thereby affording 2 additional teams the opportunity to compete with the Best of the Best.

There will be a Home Run Hitting Derby kicking off the Kissimmee Dual on Wednesday, April 17th. The entree fee to participate will be $20 per person.with all proceeds benefiting local charity Grace Landings,The winner will automatically receive a berth to the Men's Major World Series Home Run Derby Finals taking place Friday night September 20th at ESPN Wide World of Sports.

Last, but certainly not least, we have arranged for an amazing deal at Westgate Resorts for those teams competing in the Kissimmee Dual. 2 bedroom condo's for $90 per room per night. This is a limited offer and all interested teams will need to contact Laurie for complete details.
